My mum and I both had a consultation as we were looking on advice with regards to what sort of treatments would suit us best and what was realistic etc. Katy was such a massive help to putting us at ease and helping us understand what would be best for both of us and gave us good honest advice - there was no “pressure” added to give us more treatments then we’d need. My mum is wanting a treatment that, unfortunately, the clinic does not offer themselves at the moment and Katy was kind enough to point us in the correct direction to a place that would be able to help with the specific treatment.
The lady who helped us get all booked in, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, was also super super kind and welcoming.
Can’t wait to go back for my actual appointment now!!
